All animals are sold on a first come first serve basis. I attempt to update the availability list as soon an animal is sold. In the event of two payments received for the same snake, the second payment will be refunded if a suitable replacement snake cannot be agreed upon.

All prices listed are in US dollars for single juvenile animals unless specifically noted otherwise, and do not include shipping, packaging, or sale tax, as applicable.

We reserve the right to restrict the sales of lone or extra female hatchlings based on the ratio of males to females in our inventories.

Packing and handling is $10.00 per box for all orders less than $200. This includes a new box, styrofoam liner, bags, deli cups and/or other containers, heat packs or ice packs, and other packing related materials.

All Utah residents, please add 6.5% sales tax.

We reserve the right NOT to fulfill anonymous price/animal requests. Please include valid contact information for serious inquiries. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All the animals I sell are personally bred, cared for, sold, packed, and shipped by me.

All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, feeding and healthy, and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon by customer. We do not guarantee animal temperament unless otherwise specified.

Animals are guaranteed for 48 hours after leaving my facilitates. Once a reptile leaves my facility I have no control over the care that they receive from you. I take a lot of pride in ensuring that the reptiles we sell are immaculate, well-started animals that thrive under proper care.

If for any reason you are not happy with the animal(s) received, you must notify me within 48 hrs of receiving shipment.

I want you to be happy with the animals you receive; if there are any problems I need to know about them right away. Please contact me to discuss credit or replacement on animals with which you are dissatisfied (no cash refunds). Refunds are only available in the event that *I* am unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon.

I cannot warranty any animal against heat or cold stress, respiratory infections, spinal trauma, kinks, prolapses, the presence of mites, sudden death, or any other health issues once you verify healthy delivery. Please keep in mind that when I send your animal, it will have been thriving under my care for at least two or three months and often longer.

I will provide any assistance you need in order for your animals to thrive long after purchase, but you must accept responsibility for your own husbandry abilities and the well being of your snakes.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. I accept the following payment methods:

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Once payment has been received all orders are shipped as soon as possible. Shipping days are Monday through Thursday. Exceptions may apply for holidays and weather conditions.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Please be aware that orders paid for through paypal can only be shipped to the buyer's confirmed address as noted in the transaction details provided by paypal. Before placing your order please check you paypal account to be sure the shipping address you wish to use is confirmed.

Payments can also be made by postal money order. Should you choose this method I would recommend that you send your payment by overnight or priority services. I do not hold animals while waiting on the mail to arrive. I will make an exception if I have a verifiable tracking number.

Animals are not considered sold until payment is received. In most situations all animals are shipped with 48 hours or less after receipt of payment. I do not accept deposits or payments to hold animals.

Your payment is acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to all the "terms of sale" as set forth on this page. No other terms or conditions will apply unless mutually agreed upon in writing prior to making your payment.

I will not knowingly sell to anyone under the age of eighteen. Proof of age is at my discretion and may be requested at anytime. If upon my request you are unwilling or unable to provide verifiable proof of age your order will be canceled.

I will not knowingly sell or ship any animals in violation of any state or federal law or regulation. All my breeding stock is legally obtained.

No wild caught animals will be sold at any time, no exceptions.

We recommend all new additions to your collection be quarantined for a minimum of 30 days. Examinations by your own qualified reptile veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery are also advisable.
